Very safe. Lovely area and the building is locked with 24-7 security guards. Daniel in particular was lovely Nice apartment, comfortable bed, good facilities, nice balcony Great location near everything in Ipanema Good WiFi
Would be good to have a more modern safe, and maybe a kettle to make hot drinks Windows don’t close

Really great location, wonderful reception staff, very good condominium organization
Horrible wifi (could always only short-term be fixed by the staff - at the end it was not working most of the time). Noisy due to bad isolation and location facing to a street- noise from early morning.
