Spacious studio/one bad flat in a great area.

Good IKEA flat, communication with host was good and the location is excellent right next to the OZAS shopping mall and good public transport nearby.
The furniture in the flat is getting a little bit worn around the edges, windows are a bit stiff to operate which wasn't great in the baltic weather conditions. Nothing major though.

It was my second time with the same host (the previous time was literally next door, as the main flat is split into two small apartments), and everything was fine, the place is always spotlessly clean :)

The location was great – close to Ozas and public transport. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment was clean and linens were fresh.
Too many doors and gates to open before reaching the apartment – not convenient at all. Most of the elements like balcony doors, locks, handles and interior parts are very worn out, unstable, and poor quality. The bathroom door doesn’t lock, sound insulation is nonexistent, and the living room is extremely small – there’s no space to move once you lie down.
There was no coffee machine, not even a basic Nespresso or Dolce Gusto, so you have to go to a gas station for a morning coffee. Only one toilet paper roll was provided.
Overall, everything feels done with no care for guests – cold, cheap and low-quality hospitality. Furniture is the cheapest possible IKEA type, which doesn’t suit short-term rental at this price point. I was disappointed.
