Comfortable. It was actually warm enough in the bedroom as we worried about the comments made by others.
Slippery ice when going down a few steps to the entrance.

The stay at the Roubuer was the highlight of our trip to Lofoten! The unit was very spacious and cozy. The big window in the living room offered great view to the mountain and water. We saw amazing northern light from the terrace in the unit. Packing was also easy, just right by the front door. It was also a short drive to A and Reine, so we managed to visit the two villages early in the morning before the crowds were there.
The kitchen is not equipped with any cooking ingredient, so make sure to bring your own if you plan to cook

It served the perfect purpose for that particular stage. The location, the view out the window, facilities and overall level of comfort gave me everything I wanted.

Apartment is very modern and well done out, with good cooking facilities and comfy seating.
View from it is great and location is good for some of the more popular hikes and sites.
Sadly we didn’t head the other reviews about thinness of walls on apartments that are ajoining.
This was much more intrusive than we were happy with meaning we couldn’t relax at all so we cut our stay short and the owners refunded us which was good of them.
Probably not an issue for detached properties.
