The owner sent instructions upfront with necessary infos and pictures i.e. how to get the property, how to use the key box, etc.
Adequate welcomeness but not too much, just right for us
The property is well maintained with considerate details i.e. the heating floor of the bathroom
Minor things for improvement:
1) We couldn't figure out how to use the TVs in the living room and bed rooms, a simple explanation would be good.
2) We switched off all lights at night for good sleep and energy savings, but a few sensor night lights would help to pour a glass of water or find toilet at night.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung. es gibt viele Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck. Auch Handtücher sind großzügig vorhanden. Neben einer Kaffeemaschine gibt’s auch eine Kaffeepad-Maschine und einen Wasserkocher. Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss ist aber trotzdem sehr schön hell. Die geschützte Terrasse hat an dem sehr schönen Märzwochenende sogar schon zu einem Kaffee im Freien eingeladen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den großen Esstisch mit den bequemen Stühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
