Set in rural Woodmancote and only a short drive from Emsworth town and Westbourne village 'The Pines' is perfectly situated to explore the countryside and south coast our region has to offer. With beautiful walks on your door step this apartment is a wonderful retreat to make the most of the Sussex / Hampshire countryside.
Local favourite Woodmancote Pub is within easy walking distance. Highly renowned by the locals this is the place to go for lunch or evening dinner. I guarantee you will go there more than once!
Westbourne and Emsworth also offer an abundance of local restaurants, cafes and pubs. Fat Olives, Nicolinos, The Blue Bell and Spice Cottage are just a few of the favourites. Westbourne boasts an award winning fish and chip shop, ‘Whistler' and the quaintest British Bakery which is a must visit for your holiday goods.
When not out making the most of the abundance of local eateries 'The Pines' is fully equipped with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay. The kitchen includes,oven, two ring electric hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. A washing machine includiing dryer can be found in the utility room just off of the entrance hall.
Aptly named 'The Pines' is surrounded by greenery, looking out the window from the newly refurbished kitchen area your view is trees and fields and nothing else beyond!
From the kitchen area there is a dining table suitable for 4 people. The bright open living space is just beyond with sofa and television to relax with a movie or your favourite tv show. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed, please enquire if you would like to make use of this.
The Pines has one large double bedroom with queen sized bed and a newly fitted shower room with basin.
Off road parking is available. Free WIFI included. Download Speed - 120.5 mbps . Upload Speed - 25.4 mbps. Please note this apartment is accessed via stairs.

Great location, very cozy place and it has everything you need. Definitely would recommend to anyone and the owners are so lovely and welcoming, really felt at home here.

Very clean and well kept. Owner was very helpful and even ran out to get a hairdryer as there wasn’t one when I got there. She left a pint of milk, tea, coffee and sugar as a care package, which was really helpful after a long transatlantic flight. There was laundry soap for us to use too. She even offered to take out our garbage and recycling as we had to leave at 5 am to get to the airport on time.
My only suggestions would be to put a mirror in the bedroom so you can see when drying your hair. A extra towel rail in addition to the heated one would have been useful. We would definitely stay here again.
