- the staff did not speak English so during check in they did not tell us that we would have to make a booking if we wanted to have breakfast the next day. So when the morning arrived and we were ready to eat, we could not get any breakfast at the hotel. It was an embarrassing situation. We were poorly informed. Also for example the check-out was confusing. There were a lot of misunderstandings during our stay because of the language barrier. But at least the staff tried to be kind regardless.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated.
The quality of the towels was disappointing. They were very thin, often had stains, and we only received 2 towels and 1 floor mat for the whole room. Because of this, we had to buy our own towels. Even cheaper budget hotels, like Ibis Budget, provide thicker towels and also include face towels.
Additionally, the vending machines in the hallway were out of order for the entire week of our stay, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the staff was great, the hotel really needs to improve the basic amenities provided to guests.
