Friendly welcome, easy check in, shared kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean, quiet, convenient, very close to the centre, 5 min walk to/from the bus station
It was OK for me, but the room I booked (Quadruple Room) has a large interior window with blinds. It's still private but if you get woken up easily maybe book one of the other rooms as a lot of light from the shared spaces comes through :)

it was in the centre and it was reasonably priced
there was a window from my room to a shared part of apartment??? it was covered with curtains, but what? the bathroom was messy.
