La disponibilità del sig. Claudio, sempre pronto, in pochi minuti, a soddisfare le mie richieste. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort e ben curato. Sicuramente se sarà disponibile ci tornerò anche questa estate.

Great location for a beach holiday. Spotless clean with all necessary equipment (WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine etc); comfortable beds, big bathroom. Very sweet, helpful hosts providing advice or information whenever is needed. Proximity to the grocery and public transport, free parking for travellers by car. Very safe location, clean building with elevator/lift. Big terrace/balcony. 5 min walk to the beach, Sigma or Conad supermarkets; bus stop is also near with connection to Nettuno center (railway station), Anzio or Rome. Would be back and recommend this appartment to friends )
