Our host was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is only a short walk to the ski lift in jouvenceaux and the bus into sauze collects just outside the apartment. The apartment was always really warm and had everything we needed for our holiday.

The bathroom was always warm, there was adequate living space with a nice balcony and view of the mountains. Jovenceaux is a beautiful village, and very quiet. The staff were very responsive and the apartment was left in a clean and orderly state. The kitchen was tiny, but well equipped.
The kitchen was compact with no workspaces to prep food. The heating was not adequate to heat the whole apartment, mainly due to the balcony doors which aren’t very efficient at retaining heat.
Jovenceaux is a lovely old and well restored alpine village, it has very few amenities though and is better suited to people who arrive by car, we arrived by train and local bus from Oulx. There is a private bus service door-to-door at cost of €2 per person each way, it ends around 6pm though, the walk to and from Sauze d'Oulx isn't suitable for anyone but the hardy.
