The staff were very helpful and friendly. IT was a nice camp.
The motels could do with some basic provisions.

We had an amazing stay here. The location is prime, it's within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, and very close to major tourist attractions. The best part, you can even spot penguins nearby at night, which was a magical experience.
The property itself is clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we loved the smart TV and the long-range Wi-Fi that worked perfectly everywhere. With private parking area, this place is truly ideal for any group, highly recommended
There was nothing to dislike about this place, everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing we couldn't control was the unpredictable weather that changed so suddenly.

We had a family cabin which was great for us. Everything we needed and a decent amount of space between the cabins so felt private.
The location is perfect, walk into town easily, small grocery store next door and beach with penguins on your doorstep.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like. We'd book again if returning to Stanley.

The location was good, room was clean, ok size.

When checking in it felt very rushed. No polite chat that you get in most places. Here's your map here is how you get to your room here's where the penguins are, a couple of other circles on the map. If you want to dine out, you'll need to book. Not every welcoming at all.
We weren't told any rules about the penguins. There was a sign stuck to the side of the front of the desk which should be pointed out to you when telling you where you can see them. You don't tend to notice it when you walk up to receive the key, you tend to look at the person behind the desk. People were walking way to close to them scaring them there was one volunteer from town trying to manage the whole area. If the park advertises it to get more people to stay. They should take responsibility to make sure they are safe. The room was overpriced for a motel room on shampoo or container bodywash bottle in the shower empty.
It's all about turn over $$ not about the guests or the local community or the safety of the animals around them.
Maybe you could add information on your map about rules for the penguins right under where you draw the big black line showing where they come in....
