Belfast house has everything you need for a short stay, very clean & comfy beds, a brilliant shower and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, although upstairs from a bar with music, didn’t bother me the slightest, and can’t forget the staff all friendly and polite, so overall really enjoyed my stay at the Belfast house.

Good location, clean rooms and bedding, handy having bar below. Easy access etc.
Breakfast could have been bigger, internet was slow/intermittent signal in bedroom. No private parking

This is the second time I have stayed and it won't be the last.
The accommodation is always clean, the rooms are quiet and the breakfast is plentiful.
The ground floor is a brilliant Irish pub with great Guiness and Kilkenny on draught.
The football is always on the very large TV.
Nothing I didn't like about this place.

Once owner was informed of ongoing issues of roadworks right outside the room we were offered a new room for the following evening however we had already booked to move to a new location, no payment was taken due to the ongoing roadworks which were being worked at until 11.30pm!
Roadworks were right outside the room and no mention of this at time of booking. These continued until 11.30pm and my daughter was very upset as she could not get to sleep.
