Mooie kamer met ruime badkamer, heel netjes en proper allemaal. Privacy is volledig: korte rondleiding en daarna kan je alles alleen: eigen in/uitgang, ontbijt is doe-het-zelf: alles is reeds klaar en aanwezig op de kamer van de avond voordien (broodjes staan 's ochtends vers op de gang). Uitchecken is ook automatisch. Ideale kamer voor een kort verblijf (wij hadden een feestje in de buurt en wonen op 170km afstand), dus 's ochtends konden we ook super gemakkelijk zonder enige poespas terug naar huis. Nogal cleane indruk: we misten wat gezelligheid. Bar hebben we niet gevonden.

Je hebt een kamer in een complex met een feestzaal, dat weet je. Dus is er een miniem geluidsprobleem (muziek!) die prima op te lossen was met oordoppen. Qua gezelligheid kan het iets beter. Maar eigenlijk niets negatief voor een kort verblijf.

This was a beautiful room, very spacious and big lovely bathroom. Great black-out shutters on the window. Good shower, but slippy floor! Comfortable bed (two singles pushed together). Small fridge containing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks you could pay for, table and chairs for eating breakfast at, coffee machine and breakfast provided. Very helpful owner who showed us to our room. Good location and about 25 minute walk to Diksmuide (no buses or taxis). Parking outside on the street or car park.

A refillable container for bath/ shower gel would be better than one small plastic tube and would reduce plastic. The main issue we had was noise. While the room was very quiet the afternoon we checked in, when we arrived back late from Diksmuide around 1am, there was a very loud party going on downstairs and this went on until around 2.30 am or even later. Very loud music, people talking, shouting, etc. We put our ear plugs in and managed to sleep, but if anyone had wanted an early night and hadn't been out drinking like we had, they would have found it impossible to sleep. The room wasn't cheap, and so we did expect for the price, that we would have a quiet night's sleep, without the noise of a nightclub downstairs. It was quite surprising, really, as it's such a quiet little village. It's possibly just an issue on Saturday nights, but there should probably be some sort of warning about it for people booking and some ear plugs provided!

Internet was hopeless, Breakfast is in the room (no central facilities) and put in thr room fridge overnight, bread rolls delivered in the morning. No reception
