L’appartement est bien aménagé avec 1 chambre parentale et deux chambres avec chacune 2 lits simples. Les deux toilettes séparées sont très appréciables dans un appartement pour 6 personnes. L’emplacement permet d’accéder facilement à l’ensemble des lieux à visiter de Cologne. L’interlocuteur est réactif.
L’appartement mériterait un peu plus d’entretien quotidien : nous avons eu des difficultés avec le lave-vaisselle qui n’avait plus de sel, il manque des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain de la chambre parentale ainsi qu’une lumière au dessus du lavabo. La poignée de porte de la chambre parentale a besoin d’être resserrée (elle tombait). Certains murs autour de la table avaient eu des projections qui nécessitent d’être repeintes. La cour a l’arrière n’est pas entretenu pour en profiter.

Proactive and easy communications with Berat. It was perfect for a family with 3 kids (it has a main bedroom and 4 single beds, where most other places have sleeper couches). Good location and easy to get to on the local trains, with a relatively short commute to central Koln. Close to shops and a few restaurants, but it wasn’t noisy at all. We were staying in Koln during Christmas market time, and there was a market close by in Stadtgarten Koln, which we loved. We had a really comfortable stay.
Not much to quibble about … although neither bathroom had shower gel in the containers.

De ligging was optimaal voor een bezoek aan Köln.
De vloer in het woongedeelte was kapot. Een douche was verstopt en kon niet gebruikt worden. Daarnaast waren er twee slaapkamerdeuren die flink klemde door waterschade. Muren zitten onder vage vegen. De accommodatie is duidelijk toe aan een flinke opknapbeurt.
