Fantastic apartment. Very spacious with three good sized bedrooms, nice bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main level and another living room, small fourth bedroom and bathroom upstairs in the loft area. All the furnishings are modern and the kitchen is very well equipped. Good location in Lavagna close to the main pedestrian only shopping street and only 5 minute walk to the train station. This is truly one of the best apartments we have ever rented in Italy and at a very good price. The owner was also very friendly and helpful.

Квартира дуже зручна для проживання,є все необхідне, навіть більше.
Розташування ідеальне, в центрі, до моря пішки до 10 хвилин, до магазинів також близько, поруч пекарня ,свіжа випічка, ресторани.
ЖД станція до 15 хвилин пішки.
Квартира дуже чиста,простора,місця вистачить на велику сім'ю.
Однозначно рекомендації і як на мене ,я б приїхала ще раз сюди.
Лаванья гарне місто,невелике, є пісчаний пляж і пляж з галькою.
