Logement en plein cœur de Pienza mais aucune nuisance sonore, avec le charme de l’ancien. Le logement est spacieux et la literie de qualité. Il y a un lit double et 3 lits simples. Il était également très propre. Nous avons adoré ! Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

A traditional apartment in the center of the historical center. All restaurants and shops are nearby.
Small bathroom. Poor soundproofing. Interior decoration and design could be better.
Although we didn’t need the AC, I don’t understand the policy of removing the AC’s remote controls “because it is not summer”. When you book and pay for an apartment, you should be able to use all its amenities (that you have chosen in your criteria and paid for).

Terrible, really no breakfast at all.
Host (apparently a younger family member) was impatient, rude, not willing to make us feel welcome. Rushed through the process of giving us keys, then left quickly.
We booked a room advertised on Booking.com as having 2 beds, for 2 gentlemen.
At check-in, the host said we could not use the 2nd bed, in loft, because it was for children only, although the bed folded out to full size for an adult.
