The property is located at walking distance from many restaurants as well as the city center. The property was super clean, modern and had a lift as well. The host, Giovanni, explained everything over WhatsApp and communicated very well in advance. It was a very smooth check-in.
I think in general, parking could be a bit of hassle (not a show-stopper by any means). There is a parking street right next to property, but one could spend substantial time to find a good parking spot. I think the check-out time is a bit early (should be 11:00 and not 10:00). We have two kids and it was a bit of a rush in the morning since we lost some time in parking as well.

The location was very close to the city center and plenty of cafes and shops. There is also parking on the street which is not very expensive. The size of the room is nice as well.
The bathroom was very small, with only one small shower gel for 2 people. There was no shower door which created a mess when taking a shower. It was also very dusty. We also felt a bit rushed when leaving, check out was at 10 but we got a knock on the door at 9 30, while we were away for breakfast, timing everything to ensure we were out at 10.
