Всичко беше чудесно. Домакините са чудесни хора. С удоволствие бих им гостувала пак. Сърница - уникално място за почивка. Любима дестинация. Хората са много любезни, винаги ще те посрещнат топло. Гледката от хотела просто е уникална - не напразно хотела се казва Панорама.

Food (except breakfast) was good, view was very nice, staff was friendly
Very uncomfortable beds and pillows, thin walls so we could hear all other guests in the hotel - not good for relaxing due to the window panes and doors not being noise canceling. Could be cleaner also.
The breakfast was a very small portion and not very tasty.
