La struttura è immersa nel verde, lungo il fiume, abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con balcone, ottima vista. La location è vicina al monastero di Rila, è anche un ristorante con tavoli all'aperto e al chiuso.
Personale molto Scortese, in fase di check in abbiamo visto su un cartello che il ristorante chiudeva alle 22.00, ci siamo presentati prima delle 21.00 e non ci hanno fatto cenare, ci hanno allontanato in modo sgarbato, avrebbero potuto proporre piatti freddi se la cucina stava chiudendo piuttosto che mandare via clienti che soggiornavano in struttura. La camera non ha aria condizionata, il bagno è piccolissimo, ha la doccia posizionata in modo molto scomodo e con il rubinetto che si può urtare per sbaglio: così mi è successo di notte, praticamente mi sono fatta una doccia senza volerlo e mi sono bagnata i capelli, e non c'è nemmeno un phon di cortesia.
