Location and space
Having to return key to the Maeva office at the opposite side of town. Suggest putting a key drop/collection box near to the Prodains lift

Wifi was not operational for the duration and agency was unable to help. No discount offered.
Beds were miniscule and uncomfortable.

Good location easily reached form the drop off area. Its only a 3-4 walk. Staff were really helpful and friendly. They called of the transport company to come and collect us.
The keys were not ready until nearly 6.30pm. There was no where to wait other than outside which was fine as we were all adults but I would not have liked to do that with my children as it was getting quite cold. the bar opposite was closed until 7pm.

Good location rooms fair 0008 had damage/ leaks / blood stains, d 0324 was ok again tho some fabric stains and missing fobs which impacted my guests a little. But overall not bad thank you
Rooms need a little revamp and repair notably 0008
