La situation géographique, tout près d'Assise, est très appréciable. L'accueil et les infos reçues avant et à notre arrivée, étaient parfaites.
La maison est construite sur 2 étages. Il y a donc 2 escaliers, dont un très étroit en colimaçon, pour accéder aux chambres. Les chambres sont sombres, petite fenêtre... En dehors de la cuisine, assez sombre aussi , il n'y a aucun espace commun, salon ou salle à manger. Nous avons pu mettre une petite table avec 3 chaises et nous installer dehors à l'entrée, pour avoir un peu de clarté. Les photos sont attractives, plus que la réalité.
