Location and very reasonable price during the big Fringe Festival!
Basically student accomodations but pretty efficient. Very friendly and very helpful staff!

Room was reasonably sized and had good kitchen facilities including fridge, kettle and plates and cutlery and a sink for washing up.
Staff was helpful during our stay.
Good location for central Edinburgh.
No car park at Altido so you have to park at a different location and those car parks can be expensive - so factor this in when considering price as the charges in central Edinburgh are expensive.
The property has a feel of a students accommodation about it albeit a fairly comfortable one, for example there were washing machines and vending machines and what looked like study pods in the main reception area. Let’s call it a “STUTEL”.
