Very clean, very well placed. Even though the apartment is in the heart of the city and on a very busy street it is very quiet because it placed inside an interior garden. The location and price are incredible.
The communication with the owner was very poor. I had to keep texting and insisting on the owner to give me the check-in information. Eventually I got it after texting on WhatsApp, but only 4 hours before my check-in time. At some point I got worried that it would be a scam but it was not. After the trip I received the deposit back but only after one week of my stay and without proper communication.

Location was incredibly central and easy to navigate around, food and markets and public transport within walking distance - the accomodation itself was actually quite quiet and private.
It was difficult to lug all of our luggage and young child up the 3 flights of steps

Good location, walking distance to Notre Dame cathedral and Louvre
Property is outdated and needs tlc. Flooring in kitchen is loose and falling apart. Bathroom sink is excessively large making it difficult to access the toilet. If you are overweight, it would be a real struggle to access the toilet.
