Stayed at the hotel for a single night with my wife and two kids. The location is absolutely stunning with the best view you can imagine. In the morning we hiked to the Ispel peak nearby, which I can only recommend.

The place, the view, the staff ware excellent.

Everything was great - the place, the staff, the atmosphere. In the end, one thing spoiled the overall impression and I do not recommend the hotel. When we checked out the hotel, my husband paid the bill for the two dinners (we were 4 people) over 600 leva! They said they had doubled the bill by mistake, apologized and promised to return our money. But they didn't.
PS. I wrote this review late at night and the next morning the hotel responded immediately. It happens to everyone to make mistakes. But the mistake must be corrected on the initiative of the one who made it. Otherwise it leaves a stain on the good name of the hotel.

The views are amazing! The room is quite nice. The food in the restaurant is good with good service. The internet is fast.
The bathroom was too small, smelled bad like sewer the whole time. On the first night there was no water - couldnt flush the toilet, brush our teeth or take a shower up to 9 am the next day. Despite the positive sides, because of these reasons, in our view, the hotel is overpriced.
