Grosszügige Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht mit magischen Sonnenuntergängen. Grosser gedeckter Balkon. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen ohne Nachbarn. Die Temperaturen sind abends und nachts ca. 5 Grad Kühler als am Meer. Viele Sandstrände mit unterschiedlichen Qualitäten.
Der Ort Pancole bietet keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeit ausser am Markttag und auch keine Restaurants. Das nächste Ort, Scansano, ist 10 -15 Auto-Minuten entfernt. Zum Meer benötigt man min 40 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Il silenzio, la bellezza del posto, l'ampiezza degli spazi, la posizione, il rapporto q/p in generale.
Poca (quasi nulla) comunicazione da parte dell'host all'accoglienza e la pulizia in generale. Stoviglie sporche (fortunatamente presente l'occorrente per lavarle), presenza di diverse ragnatele nella casa, qualche capello nel letto...
