Ann’s attention to detail is exceptional from the breakfast menu to everything you could need in the room. The view from the room was stunning . Eating breakfast outside was a real bonus.
Parking onsite is limited and really only for a small car. On road parking is available but once again could be a challenge.

The view of Dartmouth spread out below was stunning, the hike up and down to the town good exercise! The breakfasts were wonderful, a very lovely home with wonderful hosts that were very helpful on places to visit and excursion advice.
The bed was a bit soft and with a slight dip, okay but would recommend an upgrade soon. Finding the place was challenging and the parking is tight but we parked and didn’t need to drive again for the next few days,

Fantastic views across Dartmouth hills and to the harbour. I had my own lovely wrap around balcony. The property was beautifully furnished and Ann and her husband were so friendly and great hosts.
The breakfast was delicious.
Nothing. However just to note, it is up a very steep hill if you are on foot, so not suitable for those with walking disabilities or wheelchair users.
