Egen parkeringsplads lige ved døren. Vigtigt når man kører mc. I gåafstand til alt i byen. Super terrasse hvor man kan spise sin mad og drikke sin vin.
Jeg fik tildelt en hel lejlighed/hus. Her lugtede meget af gammel fugtig kælder.
