The apartment was sunny and had two balconies, both of which had mosquito net on the doors which I loved.
While the center and the beach of Olympic Akti were 10-15 min on foot away, it was not too far.
On the plus side, since it was near the edge of the settlement you can't hear the crowds from the center and there was plenty of parking.
On the negative side, there is a Danai Spa Hotel right next door which played music loudly from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m..
It was nice music, but if you're sensitive to sounds it could get tiresome or make it hard to nap.

For us, simply the best. Friendly, welcoming hosts. The property is a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and the main shops and tavernas area. It's good because it's quiet, you can rest in the evening, even though it's close to the main road, but the traffic is reduced in the evening. Secured parking on the street next to the property. Conclusion: a very good value for money.
We were there in 2018 and we will definitely be back.

Everythng was clean and met our expectations, host was really nice, located in a quiet area.
