The location is really good, you can easily reach downtown and port area, which was extremely nice. The neighbourhood itself is pretty quiet. All devices and appliances worked and were in a good condition.
At the beginning we had problems with parking, so we’re trying to reach the administration via phone. Unfortunately, no one picked up, so we had to figure it out ourselves, which was a bit frustrating. Although the apartment was clean, you can still see some stains on the wall and stuff. I would also say that the place might be a bit overpriced for what you get, since in reality it is smaller than on the pics.

Apartment was clean, updated and modern. Very comfortable bed and location was spot on. Good communication, very happy would recommend.

Le logement était sur une avenue très passante, par conséquent assez bruyant tant qu'il y avait de la circulation. Problème aussi d'absence de volet afin d'occulter la lumière du jour, problème d'étanchéité dans la salle de bain avec la douche.
