Panorama Luxury Villa

This place exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well thought out and welcoming. The property was immaculate, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. We especially loved having our own outdoor space to unwind, which made the experience feel private and special. The location was a huge plus — close enough to everything you need, but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was an outstanding stay and one of the best accommodations we’ve had in Protaras. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would gladly recommend it to others.

Our stay at this villa was honestly faultless from start to finish. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at ease the moment you walk in. The space is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully laid out, and clearly cared for, which made it feel more like a home than a holiday rental. What really stood out was how peaceful and comfortable everything felt. Whether it was relaxing indoors or spending time outside, the villa offered the perfect setting to properly switch off and enjoy the break. Every detail seemed considered, and nothing felt missing or overlooked. The location was ideal — easy to get around and convenient without ever feeling busy or noisy. It struck a great balance between accessibility and privacy, which made the whole experience even better. The host was also fantastic: friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay completely stress-free. Everything was straightforward and smooth, allowing us to just focus on enjoying our time in Protaras.

That i haven’t booked it for longer, I will be returning certainly. Everything was excellent.

The pool is large and clean and has the shadow area which is really nice in the afternoon. We loved the palm trees and the shadow they make over the table area and house. Really nice and cozy sitting area by the pool. The beach and several restaurants are in walking distance from the house (10-15 min). Nice neighborhood and nice neighbor (he helped us open the garden gate on arrival as the codes didn’t work).

The old and dusty garden furniture in the front garden and the other old staff leaning against the back of the house. The artificial grass in the garden and yard. The traffic noise. The fridge, dish washer and washing machine are falling apart, plastic parts are broken. We would have preferred a shower cabin in the bathroom instead of the bathtub. The outside shower was barely working. The entire place needs a renovation and refurbishment as everything looks old and is falling apart. We didn’t like the beds and mattresses and that we were asked to remove the bed linen before check out. No welcome basket at all, not even a bottle of water on arrival or salt and sugar available.
