Communication with host was smooth and efficient and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was excellent. Access to Old Town Dubrovnik was an easy walk. Overall would recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

Great location, just uphill from the oldtown and accross (and next to) a main road - not noisy though. Arranging a taxi to the airport through the hotel was easy and cost efficient, with security of knowing they could find us - everything was smooth.
One of the beds was a sofabed in the lounge/kitchen, so we had to surrender the bedroom to the kids. I think we knew this when booking

Fairly central position, about 10 minutes walk from the old town, easy walkable route, a few cafes nearby for your morning coffee and several good restaurants nearby without the old town prices. Apartment was spotless and huge, key collection instructions were clear and the host was always available on WhatsApp for any queries. It's a modern building so a/c is spotless and all well insulated from noise.
Parking requires reservation and at extra cost but it seems to be the norm in Dubrovnik, nevertheless we had a reserved space just outside the building so very convenient

Location is good and close to old town 5-10 min walking.
I didn’t liked the thing that the Apartments are with 4 stars and didn’t had cable only 3 channels on TV (not like it mattered) and as i recall i booked Apartment with balcony but i didn’t get one .
