The apartment includes all the needed facilities and much more beyond.
Noticeable extras:
* Laundry machine (this was very useful for us)
* Laundry Dryer
* Nespresso coffee machine
* Filter coffee machine

Nice and calm suburb of Koln (Cologne)
Very close to Autobahns A4 and A61 (see pics)
Nearby there are many large grocery stores (within Kerpen) that open Mon-Sat till 22 (latest)
