Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The receptionist greeted us warmly and assisted us during check-in, which we appreciated. However, the overall room experience did not meet our expectations. We had specifically booked a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, we were given a different type of room instead.
The room itself was somewhat dark, and during the rainy weather, we noticed that the roof was leaking, which was disappointing. Additionally, housekeeping services were not provided daily, and we had to use the same towels until we checked out.
Despite these shortcomings, the hotel has a lot of potential. It is located in a fantastic area, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. Overall, while the stay had its flaws, the pleasant atmosphere and excellent location added value to our experience.

Good hosts and location, however the room is old and weary. The bathroom lamp was broken to pieces but the hosts quickly fixed it; there was some smell in the room so we recommend opening windows more often. After the rain, there was a lot of water on the 1st floor but the hosts provided some towels for that quickly. Wifi was not fast but we managed to watch a movie on the 1st floor. Also, the ceilings are relatively low, which was a problem for my husband (he’s 193 cm tall).
But we liked the hosts, and the service was fast! They were in touch with us in messages. And they were so lovely that they checked us in earlier and helped us with the bags after checkout - much recommended! Communication was on the level!
All in all, some repair work would solve many problems there.
