Good location, near to beaches and towns but still felt remote and private, not overlooked at all. Pool was good size and lovely view from the sun loungers. Wonderful view from the outside dining area and great BBQ too. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly and responsive host - any queries were quickly resolved. We had a wonderful holiday!

Cozy villa in the splendid location. Perfect to spend time with the family with a very short drive to the many beaches around. The hosts were very welcoming and reactive. Highly recommend!
Would be even better if the pool could have been working already for our stay end of April - early May -> the weather actually allowed for it.

The view is excellent, the location offers privacy, the lady who looks after the house and her brother are lovely people and very helpful.
The house is actually situated in La Verrière, Bormes-les-Mimosas, and not in the actual Bormes-les-Mimosas village, one of the most beautiful villages in Southern France.
There is no air conditioning and the dishwasher has rusty racks. Outside, the absence of proper enclosure makes the space unusable/unsafe for families with young children. There is an alarm for the swimming pool, but both small garden and swimming pool are edged by a ravine! There are notes on arrival mentioning work in progress, but nothing mentioned when booking and definitely this is not reflected in the price. Bathrooms are dated and there is a very small rack for drying clothes.
This is an old house in need of ltc with a rather unwelcoming/ creepy feel to it despite the complimentary tap water bottle in the fridge and basic pink Marseille soap and face cloth.
