It was a fabulous place to stay. Welcomed and shown to the room. The room was large and comfy as was the bed!!! The grounds excellent and only a short walk to the pub. If you want to be in the town centre, it's not that, but if you want a nice stroll along the river to the Marina, and back to the pub yes!!! Careful though the way we went was 5 miles but wonderful.
Breakfast was great too!!

Good location . Attractive house.
Uncomfortable bed. No tissues in bathroom/ bedroom . Poor breakfast - scrambled eggs inedible. Tomatoes on toast requested but tomatoes looked as though heated in a microwave and told to make own toast Unfriendly service from young girl who presumably cooked breakfast too .
