NR22's location is central to restaurants, shops, nightlife and Leiden's outdoor market. The place has a lot of charm, and the hosts allow guests access to a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and other conveniences. Our room had a huge bathtub and was tastefully furnished.
This is in a lively area, and nighttime noise from people partying in the streets woke me up repeatedly. It isn't management's fault, but light sleepers should be aware — it might actually be a plus for guests who enjoy that kind of atmosphere. Getting to the rooms required ascending steep staircases with luggage. Decorative items in the room reduced space for stowing luggage.
