The room was very big with great sea view. It had everything needed for the perfect stay of a couple/family and it was also getting cleaned every day. 5 minutes walking to the city centre.

I loved my stay in Afitos in this apartment since the room was clean, comfy, light, at a great location, beachfront side and with a magnificent view. Waking up in the morning watching the sea from your terrace was breathtaking. The owner is very polite, helpful and very fast responding to our messages. Parking was free in front of the apartments. I will definitely go back there next month with my family, since this time i was there with friends. The place is rare find, so if you see it available just go and book it. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Everything was excellent
The only issue with the property was the wifi connection and cellular service. The only way to get good wifi or service was to sit on the balcony which isn’t ideal after a long day, when you just want to lay in bed and maybe scroll a bit on your phone:) other than that everything else was great!

The location is excellent and check-in was smooth. There is a nice table in the yard where we could sit, the bathroom is newer and in good condition, and linens were changed every 3 days, which we appreciated.
The apartment itself was very disappointing. It is on the ground floor and very dark with almost no natural light. The lamps inside were very weak, making it barely possible to see anything in the evenings. The kitchen was extremely poorly equipped — only 2 forks, 2 knives, not even a single spoon, and just one kettle. This was the first time we stayed in an apartment so unequipped, and at least some basic utensils should be provided.
Cleanliness was far below expectations. The apartment looked like it had only been cleaned on the surface, not a proper clean. There were mosquitoes squashed on the walls everywhere, a lot of old spider webs at the entrance ( very old and very big ) and throughout the apartment, and dust everywhere, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for months.
