Beautiful rustic cabin in a peaceful location with lots of outside space & privacy. Bicycles to use if required. I saw the first red squirrel I have ever seen in my life in the garden here!! Excellent value accommodation. I'm used to squishing up in a corporate hotel room in city centres when I visit The Netherlands. This was a very different experience with the whole cabin to ourselves, and all the outside space, for a fraction of the price of a hotel in Den Bosch. My favourite thing was waking up to the bird song every morning, sitting on the veranda with a morning coffee while watching the wildlife in the big garden. The transport connections from Rosmalen to Den Bosch are great for venturing into the city. We had no problem travelling back from Den Bosch at night after we'd been out for the evening. It is incredibly peaceful here. We had more towels than we could ever use. Lot's of tea & coffee for when we arrived. Mornings were chilly outside (April) but cosy in the cabin with the heater on. Kitchen was very handy & plenty of grocery shops in Rosmalen for supplies. We were a party of 2 adults, but I imagine the cabin would be good for a small family, (my granddaughter would love it). Our host was amazing, good communication, welcoming, helping us with train times & even sorting a lift to the station for us on our last day, which was unexpected & a really lovely gesture we were thankful for.
Nothing to complain about. I loved it here!

Owner is so nice and available. Timely pre arrival communication. Super fast check in. Tastefully decorated & fully equipped accommodation in a fully detached building. Easy location to find and set in quiet countryside. Parking right in front of reception.
Nothing. Or maybe a couple of extra capsules for the coffee machine would have been nice.

Had to call a number on the letterbox and Hasan arrived. He came and met us at the front, and walked us round the corner to our door. I used the same number to ask about a hairdryer (there wasn't one - we bought one instead) which he didn't answer. Communication not a strong point. We stayed in the voorhuis. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. The views, being able to have coffee outside and watch the ponies was lovely. Check out Rosmalen, it's really close and has everything you need. Recommed everyone tries a dutch pancake house - amazing!! There's a fab coffee machine with coffee pods, a kettle and fridge. 2 rings on the halogen hob and an assortment of pans and utensils. We cooked several times, and there's everything you need, except an oven..... There's parking and fairy lights, leading to your door, which is a nice idea as it's rural, it makes it easier in the dark.
There are cobblestones on the floor (yes, really) INDOORS, a large and very painful (marble) threshold out of the door. There are some thin mats, but mostly cobbles or slate flooring. Take slippers with you!! There are NO easy chairs, simply dining chairs, to relax in. It's difficult to slob when you have to sit upright. Don't do what we did, buy a pizza to cook for yourselves after arrival - there's NO OVEN. We had to pan fry ours!! Its very dark, the multiple lights on dodgy sockets didn't help, even in the bedroom. The apartment has been made up of odd rooms, with several closed off doors. There's no sound barrier and it makes you feel like there's someone else in there with you. It's quirky, at best.
