The Yurt

Everything! Comfy cosy yurt with the most comfy futon beds. Outdoor space, bbq, fire pit and the games room were an added bonus. Great space for the kids to chill!!

Beautiful spacious yurt, with plenty of outside seating. We are a family of 5 (3 kids) and there was plenty room for all of us. We emailed ahead to ask about power sockets and request access to a kettle and small fridge, both if which were provided. The hosts also provided a travel cot for our baby. We had a medical emergency during our stay requiring an airlift off the island and Hannah and Joe could not have been more helpful, supporting with childcare, packing and transport to helipad. We're so grateful for their help. Despite this it was a lovely holiday in a stunning location. We will definitely be going back to Gigha!

The Yurt was in a great spot, right next to the shop and overlooking an attractive garden. The Yurt was nicely and authentically styled with plenty of useful items and a lovely wood fire. There was great outdoor furniture, crockery and blankets. How was a great host, easy with communication, helpful and friendly. He put himself out to assist us with various things, including opening the shop after hours for us to buy provisions. Gigha was a super island to visit and thoroughly recommend.

The shower room could do with a longer curtain.

Cosy yurt with a nice wood burner stove to keep warm. Had the needed things to get by.

Facilities were just enough to get by for a short stay. Hosts were helpful and nice in the beginning but subsequently didn't feel very welcoming. Hosts mentioned there were pans and extra wood but this weren't located where it was supposed to be.
