We’d love to share our beautiful modern lakefront home with you and your family. Designed for gathering and relaxing, the home features large open spaces, soaring ceilings, and oversized windows that fill the house with natural light. There are four full bedrooms plus a fifth bunk room for kids. A recently renovated garage adds a fully climate-controlled hangout and sleeping space, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to 15 guests.
The house offers two spacious living areas—one with a cozy fireplace and the other with a large sectional, 60-inch TV, game table, and seating perfect for movies or lounging. The remodeled kitchen opens directly onto a fully furnished screened-in patio overlooking the lake, a favorite spot for morning coffee and conversation as the sun comes up over the water.
The main-floor master suite includes a king bed, private TV, and access to the upper deck. On the lower level are two large queen bedrooms, one with a private en-suite bath and the other with easy access to a full hallway bath. Both feature sliding glass doors with direct lake views—many guests fall asleep watching moonlight ripple across the water. A smaller lower-level bedroom includes a twin bunk bed for kids, and an additional cozy loft bedroom upstairs offers another queen bed.
The converted garage is a standout feature, serving as a game and sleeping room with carpet, heating, and air conditioning. It includes a king loft bed with a full bed underneath, an additional sofa, and space to sleep up to five. Entertainment includes classic arcade games (NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, Pac-Man), ping pong, foosball, a 65-inch TV for your gaming system, and a vintage pop machine—perfect for kids, teens, and young-at-heart adults, especially on rainy or cold days.
Outside, enjoy double decks with dining space and a Blackstone grill, regular grill, plus a lakeside fire pit with Adirondack chairs—ideal for s’mores, sunsets, and unwinding with your favorite drink. The spacious yard is great for games, and we provide several yard games stored in the garage.
Just steps from the house, the private dock features lounging areas with fans, a covered table for dining or games, a bar area, Bluetooth speakers, and a diving platform. Guests are welcome to enjoy the provided water toys, including floatables, a surfboard, skis, a wakeboard, two paddleboards, two kayaks, and a Lilly pad. Boats are welcome but must be tied to the dock, as the slip is owner-occupied. Boat rentals are nearby and can deliver directly to the dock, and a public boat ramp is just minutes away with ample driveway parking for cars and trailers.
The quiet cove is tucked away from the main channel, offering calm water for swimming, floating, and fishing, while still providing easy boat access to nearby gas docks and waterfront restaurants. Groceries, restaurants, gas, tackle shops, and convenience stores are about 10–15 minutes away by car. Golf courses, caverns, antique shops, hiking and biking trails, and the Osage Beach Outlet Mall are all within a short drive.
Please note this is a family-friendly home in a peaceful cove with mostly year-round residents. This is not a party location, and we ask guests to respect the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Parking is limited to six vehicles unless prior approval is given.

What a beautiful home. It was so nice to wake up and have so many choices of where to have your morning coffee. The screened in porch or the two decks. What comfortable furniture. It was very cozy to sit and relax and talk to my friends. The house is beautifully furnished and had every amenity that we needed to feel like home. I definitely would recommend this home for a family or friends weekend!

We stayed here for a girls trip. We had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous and so roomy. Also, the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The dock was a huge hit and love that we were able to use the lily pad! Todd was great. He was super responsive and very nice to talk to. I highly recommend this home. We will be back!

This house provided the perfect backdrop for our family of 11. The house was exactly as described with everything you could need or want. The garage conversion with ping pong table, arcade games and tv were a hit with the kids, and the dock area is fantastic. The communication with Todd was terrific and we were provided all the information we needed. He also had some tips for our trip down that were really appreciated. The pizza from Calgaro’s in Cole Camp was fantastic.This vacation was a huge hit with all of my family, so much so we have already booked for next year. Thanks again Todd and Melissa!
