Great location with private parking.
The room was spacious and ideal for what we required.
Comfortable, clean and tidy.
Communication was all online and didn’t meet the owner, and key left in safe box as advised.
No complaints at all.

The King room was lovely, bed very comfortable and impeccably clean. Lovely newly refurbished bathroom. Shame there was no breakfast available now, however it was advertised as so.
No reception area which was ok and lady who greeted us was nice, but abrupt. There was no 'welcome to our home'' or 'what are your plans' but hey ho, everyone is busy but didnt get a friendly vibe from her.
It is February and chilly. The heating in this lovely, very large room is not working properly even when lady adjusted. I was cold, partner was not, so maybe just me lol.
The door handle in the loo was missing and has been for a while according to the reviews. I think I saw it in a drawer. A few pictures on the wall would make it feel less clinical but it was clean and functional.
Wiring for the heater in the bathroom looks dodgy. It wasn't working. Nearly fell in the shower. A mat or handrail would be useful and the head needs to be a bit higher but presume the thinking was that the water would not splash out the bath. It does.
There was no coffee and not enough milk for 2 people.
It's the small things which make a big difference.but all in all, I would stay here again.
Oh and if you have a large campervan or motorhome you will not fit round the track to the parking area. We have a SWB converted transit van and there was a few inches to spare.
