Wir.können uns den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit dort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da wir spät abends ankamen, hat uns der gefüllte Kühlschrank besonders gefreut. Großer Dank an die Vermieter.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, jedes Schlafzimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Auf dem großen, gemütlichen Balkon konnte man entspannt seinen Morgenkaffe genießen und den Sonnenaufgang beobachten.
Das Appartement war sehr sauber.
Für 2€ konnte man eine Waschmaschine nutzen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war das Personal: Alle sehr herzlich!
Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind jeweils in 5 Min. fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand gelangt man in ca.15 Min.
Das zugehörige Sagittarius Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
Es war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Camere molto ampie come il salotto con cucina, terrazza privata utilizzabile per mangiare all'aperto, climatizzatore in entrambe le camere, attrezzatura da cucina abbastanza varia ( spremiagrumi, macchina da caffè americano, bollitore, tostapane, forno microonde, forno elettrico + 2 fornelli elettrici non ad induzione ), forse non tante pentole ma quelle che servono. Pulizie complete fatte da una signora OGNI GIORNO senza chiedere nulla, fantastico, cambio lenzuola ogni 3-4 gg, cambio asciugamani quando si vuole, anche tutti i giorni. L'appartamento si trova sopra il ristorante che è molto frequentato e si mangia bene la cucina greca e ha un costo ragionevole ( 10 % di sconto per i residenti negli appartamenti ), nella strada che porta alla spiaggia in 5' a piedi, strada piena di negozi e locali, a 200 metri c'è un supermercato, Kostantinos, aperto fino alle 22:00 circa.
In tutti i bagni di KOS non si può buttare la carta igienica nello scarico del water perché, da quello che dicono, le tubature sono strette e si intasano facilmente. La vasca del nostro appartamento aveva il deflusso dell'acqua molto ma molto lento, anche dopo averlo segnalato e l'intervento, è cambiato poco.

The hosts were incredibly helpful. The apartment is really well located for everything. On arrival Donna met us and explained everything to us. A very pleasant surprise was that the apartment was really well equipped and the welcome provisions even included a delicious home made wine!!
The apartment is situated right near a large supermarket, a bakery and it is a short walk to all the bars and restaurants as well as the beach.
The hosts also have a restaurant attached to the apartments and I would definitely eat there, the food is delicious.

We had a wonderful time ! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, approx 8-10 min walk distance from the beach and a wonderful restaurant at the facility. And our hosts were soooo kind and friendly. Thank you !
