Une vue imprenable sur le bord de mer de Perros Guirec. Appartement très bien aménagé, propre avec tous les équipements et joliment décoré. Je recommande

Déco un peu vieillotte, charges à régler en plus du prix de la réservation, ça complique un peu les choses

l'emplacement et la vue.
Attention !!! Dans le prix annoncé, ni l'eau ni l'électricité ne sont compris (ce qui est extrêmement rare !!), dés la réservation payée et confirmée, la propriétaire vous réclame par téléphone le règlement immédiat de 5.50 € par personne et par nuit en plus. Ce qui augmente le prix d'appel de booking !!!! Ne comptez pas prendre un bain dans la baignoire, la bonde est absente !! au prix de l'eau .... Beaucoup de consignes affichées partout.... Une fenêtre et une porte fenêtre hors d'usage... Appartement trés encombré donc peu de place pour les affaires des futurs locataires... Oreillers et couvertures vieillots.
