Le côté cosy, la proximité avec le centre ville de Troyes (moins de 10mn en voiture), l’emplacement fleuri et très joli, une belle salle de bains, le très bon état des équipements, l’accueil, le petit déjeuner maison et la gentillesse des hôtes
