Excellent location, great Parisian vibe, washing machine was super helpful, very well equipped apartment.
Could be cleaner, especially in the corners and around baseboards. The street was loud, but thats what you get when you're looking for the location.

Except that there was A LOT of noise in the mornings and also there was a cockroach in the flat
