Damaged two lamp and later did not have a warm water in shower.

The owners are very nice, friendly and they invite you for a talk and offer their homemade products. Nice enviroment.
Some minor renovation work could be done inside the the apartments

Great hosts. Lucija & Božidar were lovely, full of interesting stories, tips and recommendations. And home made food, as a treat, was a very nice touch. We felt like home, thank you.
There is a nice garden and terrace with lemon trees and grapes, so there's a nice shade to relax. Not far away from city center, and with parking place infront of the house (you don't find it very often in Stari Grad).
There are no windows (which you could open), so if you want a fresh air during the night you have to open doors. For someone like me, living my whole life in big buildings, on upper floors, it was a bit of a problem 😊. Some new solution for the entrance, by changing that big doors and adding a window, would be a much better experience. But if you don't mind sleeping with open doors, ground level (I have to say, not to the steet side, but to the terrace and garden) than I guess it's ok ☺️.
