Good location with off-street parking. Comfortable accommodation, well maintained and decorated. All very clean. A really amazing breakfast.

Frosty welcome.. told off for parking before 4pm. Slow Wi-Fi. Steps from bedroom down to bathroom on lower level. No Housekeeping. No on demand tv... no bbc iplayer, no Netflix.

The room was nice with an excellent en-suite bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner was provided which was helpful. The bed was comfortable and room facilities good. The room was clean. Breakfast service was very good and catered to vegetarian diet. Buffet counter had a nice selection of fruit and yoghurt, as well as a selection of juices.

The rooms' housekeeping was not as described, as there was none at all, despite being described as a complimentary service. No new towels were offered either throughout the stay. The bar service was below average with the atmosphere being generally dull. Ordering drinks could almost be seen as more of a "chore" to the hotel, rather than a service they would gladly provide. Our stay was double charged and the hotel refused to review our booking payment confirmation, which was paid over a month in advance via Booking.com. This was not a nice way to be treated by the hotel staff/management.
