Uno de los puntos más destacados es su excelente ubicación en Icaraí, cerca de la playa, comercios y opciones gastronómicas, lo que lo hace muy práctico para moverse.
Las habitaciones son modernas, cómodas y bien equipadas, con una estética de diseño que le da un plus al ambiente. La limpieza suele ser muy valorada y el descanso es bueno en general.

Infelizmente, preciso dizer que a recepcionista Valéria não é uma boa funcionária. Ela é de certa forma arrogante. Ela já deve ser uma pessoa experiente no cargo, porém, a recepção deve ser o cartão de visitas do hotel. O hóspede deve ser atendido com gentileza extrema se possível. Mas não foi o que recebemos por parte dela. A recepcionista Alana por outro lado está absolutamente preparada apesar de bem mais nova. Esperamos que se atentem para isso, pois condutas rudes da recepção nos geram muita insatisfação em querer voltar ao ambiente. Funcionários do café da manhã e da limpeza dos quartos são absolutamente educados assim como os demais recepcionistas.

Location and clean
Two small and one of the night security was rude and didn’t want us to go to restaurants in the early morning.

Breakfast was adequate with three hot options kept head on a hot plate. No ability to custom order anything. (It is a buffet.)
Checkin/out was easy. Was disappointed they charged at check out for the three coffee capsules we used. It was only a few dollars; but why not just include coffee in the room rate if you are already including breakfast.

"Staff was very nice checking me in. Although the room is smaller than what I’m used to, (I had the two twin bed room) which was fine because I was alone, the room and bathroom was very clean and cozy...."
