Host was great, appartment layout and facilities also, for fair value.

Nice flat on the top floor in the close proximity to the city center. Equipped with all the necessary stuff. The host was kind and responsive to our requests.
Top floor without an elevator can be limitation for someone. No a/c so it may be hot in the summer, but it was not the issue for us in May.

The apartment balcony view, location, the rooms.
It was on 4th floor without any elevator. The hearing radiators turned off at 9:00 pm and the apartment were so cold.

Il paesaggio era bellissimo, la distanza era perfetta pochi passi ed eri già nel centro di Riva.Tutto quello che serviva era vicino. La mansarda bella e accogliente.
Innanzitutto come entri c'è un grande quadro nero a forma di TV a schermo piatto non ha mai funzionato... Lettore DVD inesistente. In bagno manca accappatoio ma queste non sono niente a confronto di una signora molto molto sgarbata del piano sotto che costantemente rompeva a tutte le ore con strisciamenti mobili ,camminate TV alta ecc... Incominciava alle 6.00 fino alle 8.00 per poi riprendere alle 14 .00 /17 e poi non contenta alle 21.00 fino a 00.30 Alla faccia che c'è un foglio con regole del condominio di non fare casino nelle ore 22 / 8.00 Vacanza significa riposo
