Great location right near Basmane station — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring Izmir so easy.
The hotel was clean and well-kept. What really stood out was the people. The owner, Memet Abi, is a wonderful host — warm, intelligent, and great to talk to (we had some fascinating conversations about politics). The reception staff — Erdal, Zeyni, and Ummahan — were all genuinely helpful and made the stay feel welcoming.
Breakfast is simple but decent: eggs, cheese, jam, and some vegetables. Nothing fancy, but enough to start the day.
Overall, a solid choice if you want a clean, central, and friendly place to stay in Izmir. Recommended!
One thing to note: the hotel is right next to a mosque, so the early morning call to prayer will wake you up. Light sleepers, bring earplugs!

Location was very good and the owners were very kind, even offered us tea when we were waiting for our taxi and helped us carry our bags to the car.
The room was a little old and the breakfast didn’t have the widest selection of fresh food available.

The room was very cold. It was not clean and bath was not good it was so cold.
