- die recht ruhige Lage - Wohnung war sauber - Schlüsselübergabe verläuft kontaktlos über die Hauswartin - Blick bis auf den Hafen - Ausstattung war größtenteils gut inkl. Badetuch, frisch bezogenes Bett, Kaffeemaschine, Ofen, Küchenutensilien - gute Erreichbarkeit mit den Öffis
- Wohnung lag im 5. Stock unterm Dach und leider hat der Altbau keinen Aufzug - definitiv nicht für eingeschränkte/ältere Menschen geeignet! - TV hatte schlechten Empfang und das Internet ging gar nicht. Da half auch der Tipp vom Chef nicht, es mal ab EG/1. Stock zu versuchen - hier sollte nachgebessert werden! - an Ausstattung fehlen Dinge wie Wasserkocher oder auch Küchenpapier - hier und da sollten Reparaturen durchgeführt werden z. B. hatte jemand vorher das Schloss der Haupteingangstür kaputt gemacht
